I hope I don't bug you with my photos

Just a few random photos I've taken this summer.

And whilst I was in the States I cranked out quite a few jigsaws. Sometimes I receive them as gifts from family members who have a tough time accepting who I am, but even if I hate the picture I'll still do the jigsaw, because the image is less important to me than just the process of putting the pieces together. I would have preferred colourful sneakers to flip flops but never mind.

I have quite a pile of Dollar Tree jigsaws that I wanted to do so I could bring them back to the UK to sell. I try to buy 2 in the same style or theme  so I can sell a pair of them together. The next 2 with their 50's feel I thought would go well together.

The fruit basket one was the hardest one to do, along with the flip flops, and felt more like a 1,000 piece jigsaw than a 500.

Now I've had the fun of doing them I'm hoping I can sell them on ebay. There are only certain jigsaws I do that I keep and do several times, and as enjoyable and therapeutic as these were to do, making them up once is enough for me!

  4. You could never, ever bug us with your photos. Stunning.
I don't have the patience for jigsaws - and am awed that you do. Selling the ones you don't want to do again is a brainwave too.

  8. These are outstanding, Joey! You know I love photos of bugs (or at least some bugs)and mushrooms. Great perspective on the mushroom!

All the puzzles look fun and I always find myself inspecting them to determine if I think they'd be difficult. I've learned looks can be deceiving, both ways. The fruit bowl is the one I like best. I never work a puzzle again and I currently have quite a stack of boxes in my puzzle room, trying to figure out what to do with them!

  9. Beautiful. We have three six thousand piece puzzles. We have one with new york before the two towers went down, one with an indian lady with butterflies as a rainbow coming off her finger tips, and the last but not least not completed yet is a pix of naohs ark.
