Having neglected I Spy for a couple of weeks due to real life getting in the way, I'm really pleased to be joining in with all the fun again this week, although I'm late as usual! This weeks prompt was:

YOUR CHOICE
Art and design surrounds us all the time and often we just don't see it. I was sitting waiting to get on a plane at Heathrow airport and looked up and saw this:
And I thought I'd just add the last jigsaw that I've just finished, "I Love London". My 13 year old daughter's comment about it was that all the women have big boobs and she immediately noticed the topless woman looking out of the window and the prostitute. Great. Forget all the educational aspects of the jigsaw and focus on those! That's kids for you.

ReplyDeleteI'm loving the puzzle...it reminds me of those Jan van Haasteren puzzles I like to work. Your daughter would probably have some of the same observations about them. I've always figured JvH was a bit of a "dirty old man". ;)

ok, how she spotted that, I have no idea. Of course, I also don't have any idea how you have the patience to do a puzzle like that. I would be pulling my hair out.

ReplyDeleteJigsaw puzzles are really fun. If I could keep others out of them it would be even more fun. And I must say you have some really cool caps too.
